I'm a programme officer at the Netherlands Helsinki Committee, where I run projects that help civil society and public authorities in Moldova and across the Eastern Partnership build the rule of law. I also sit on the editorial desk of the Security and Human Rights Monitor, a journal on security and human rights in the OSCE region that has been running since 1990.

Before this I was at the OSCE Mission to Moldova, working on the Transnistrian settlement and on human rights, much of it gender-based violence and human trafficking. Earlier I worked in international criminal justice and humanitarian law, at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers and the ICRC.
